Use and maintenance:

1. Preparation before driving:

(2) Open the small cover at the back of the unit, send power instantly, and check whether the motor steering is consistent with the marked steering of the pump body。It is strictly prohibited to run in reverse, and the operation of broken liquid shall not exceed 5 seconds。

(3) Open the pump suction valve before starting, so that the whole unit is filled with ammonia fluorine liquid。

2、开车：

(1) Open the exhaust valve and bleed small valve, pay attention to the outlet pressure gauge, adjust the working pressure。

(2) During the driving process, pay attention to the voltage and ammeter readings, and deal with anomalies in time。

(3) During the operation of the electric pump, the return valve is not allowed to close。

(4) When the flow is adjusted, the inlet valve is not allowed to be adjusted to avoid cavitation and affect the performance of the pump。

Failure and maintenance:

1, the shield pump usually does not need any maintenance, often check the current and temperature of the motor, find the problem immediately stop。

2, the shielded electric pump is inspected once every six months, mainly to check the wear of bearings and bushings and thrust disks, and should be replaced when the wear reaches the following degree:

(1) The diameter difference between the bearing and the bushing reaches 0.4毫米。（Graphite bearing bore andShaft diameter of shaft sleeve)

(2) The bearing end wear reaches 1.5 mm hour。

Precautions for use:

1, before the operation of the shielded electric pump, the flow and head should be adjusted according to the type of pump, and the pump outlet pressure should be maintained at 0.3-0.4MPA, it is strictly prohibited that the flow is too large and the pump parts are damaged。

2. It is strictly prohibited to run without liquid power。Because the graphite bearing of the motor is lubricated by the liquid transported。

3, the motor stator cavity is closed, not open at will, winding short circuit or short circuit, can only return to the manufacturer to repair, other replacement graphite bearings, bushings and other users can repair themselves。
